Sadly, there are three recent deaths that we need to tell you about, and ask for your prayers for the loved ones who must carry on. We look forward to the resurrection day with hope in our hearts.
Henry J. Fordham III & Sharon Fordham
Very early Sunday morning the president of the Allegheny East Conference, Henry J. Fordham III, and his wife Sharon died in a fast-moving fire at their home. This is devastating news to the conference and to some in our own congregation. At the time of this writing there was no information about services.

Lynette DeWitt
Lynette DeWitt passed away from pancreatic cancer on July 14. She had been diagnosed just three weeks earlier, but had been suffering for months and no one had been able to figure out what was wrong. Her mother Leora Schmidt was well known to the Lancaster SDA community.
Lynette’s mother passed away in February and her father in March, so her sister Sonja has been through a lot this year.
